Get help with your launch
The assessment tells you what is weak and exactly how to fix it, and plenty of people take that list and get on with it themselves. If you would rather hand the fixing to somebody who does it for a living, this is what that looks like, in what order, and what it costs.
Start with the audit if you are not sure
The Launch Readiness Audit is the natural first step and the qualifier for everything below it. It is a paid human review of your whole launch against the same eight dimensions the free assessment covers, except that a person looks at your actual site, your actual pricing page, your actual onboarding, and your actual presence across five answer engines rather than taking your word for any of it.
You get a written report with a prioritised plan, delivered inside two weeks, at a fixed fee. If the report concludes you do not need any of the services below, it says so.
What it costs
Launch Readiness Audit: TO BE SET BY ARUN, fixed, delivered in two weeks.
The price is published here rather than hidden behind a call, for the same reason one of our own forty checks asks whether your pricing is public. Hidden pricing removes you from comparison content, from shortlists assembled without you, and from AI answers about what things cost. It would be difficult to score a founder down for that and then do it ourselves.
Quoted in US dollars. Payable in Indian rupees at the prevailing rate if that suits you better, and invoiced properly either way.
How we work with you, wherever you are
The team is in India and most clients are not. In practice that means written-first working: findings, decisions and deliverables arrive as documents you can read at your hour rather than as meetings you have to attend at ours. Calls happen in a window that covers European mornings and US mornings, scheduled rather than assumed, and there is always a named person on your work rather than a shared inbox. Time zones are only a problem when the working style depends on being in the same room, and ours does not.
Launch Visibility Sprint
Routed to you when AI visibility is your weakest dimension.
The work of becoming findable and correctly described by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Entity establishment so the engines can resolve who you are, structured data with stable identifiers, comparison and alternatives pages built in the shape retrieval actually uses, and deliberate seeding of third party mentions, which matter more here than links do.
Measured with a fixed prompt panel run across five engines before we start and again at the end, so the change is shown rather than asserted. If you took the assessment with a URL, you have already watched us find the access and structured data problems, which is most of the argument for this service made without a slide.
Launch page CRO
Routed to you when site and conversion path is your weakest dimension.
A conversion rebuild of the pages your launch traffic will actually land on, done before that traffic arrives rather than after you have wasted it. Message hierarchy, proof, form design, the mobile path, and the specific friction between arriving and converting. Launch traffic is the most expensive and least repeatable traffic you will ever receive, which is why the order matters.
Launch SEO foundation
Routed to you when search foundations is your weakest dimension.
Technical and content architecture put in place before launch: indexability, canonical discipline, Core Web Vitals, internal linking that actually reaches everything, and a content structure built around the phrases buyers use rather than the words you use internally. Slow-compounding work that is painful and expensive to retrofit.
Build and activation work
Routed to you when product and activation is your weakest dimension.
Engineering on the product itself: shortening time to first value, designing the empty state, instrumenting the activation event, and making sure the thing holds up when the traffic arrives. EbizIndia builds in PHP and has shipped a lot of software that had to work on launch day with no second chance.
How to start
Take the assessment if you have not, then write to us and include your result link. That link carries your scores and your verified check evidence, so the first reply can be about your actual situation rather than a generic one. If you would rather just talk, that is fine too. Replies come from a person, usually within two working days.
Questions people ask
Do I have to take the assessment first?
No, but it makes the first conversation considerably shorter and more useful, because the gaps are already identified and prioritised before anybody gets on a call. Sending your result link means the first reply can be specific rather than generic.
Why is the audit paid when everything else on the site is free?
Because a free audit is a sales call with a document attached, and everybody involved knows it. Charging for it means the report can tell you things you did not want to hear, including that you should not hire us for the follow-on work, which happens often enough to be worth mentioning.
Do you work with pre-launch companies or only after launch?
Both, though the work is cheaper and considerably more effective before launch. Putting search foundations and AI visibility in place before you have any traffic costs a fraction of retrofitting them once you have a large site with entrenched problems.
Where are you based and does it matter?
EbizIndia is based in India and works with clients globally. All of this work is remote and mostly asynchronous, with scheduled calls in a window that suits your time zone.
